it feels so much better getting it off my chest.

i realised i didn't blog my entire work experience program..
alright.. i was working at skylace language school
a tuition center kind of school..
yep the experience was really fulfilling..
get to teach and prepare teaching materials.
the best part was redesigning the decorations on the wall..
well.. nothing much to complain EXCEPT FOR THE PAY.
damn! i got only 70 bucks for working 7 days...
can you believe it?
yy got it exactly.. 1 BUCK PER HOUR.



alright.. so lately i've been missing some people.. yep..
particularly my teammates..
most of them coming back le..
training feels so different without my team!



and of course i miss certain other people...
haven't seen them for a long time..
mm maybe i'll get a chance and ask them out or something..



well i've been feeling kinda back to my old pessimistic self recently.
gotta change?
yep.. dont wanna be influencing others..


elsa said something really meaningful recently..
yep..
something like.. life doesn't always have to be so colourful and eventful.
it doesn't always have to be sneaking into clubs every night..
doesn't have to have special or out of the world people...
doesn't always have surprises..

normality is just alright.
look at all the people around yourself..
they've survived with an occasional movie and a few good friends to hang out with..
i guess how you really feel is just the key.. yep.. =)




it sometimes hurts to think of the past.
but it'll all be better after you look towards the bright future ahead of you..
it makes all the suffering before worth it..
and makes you stronger..
you mature when you realise things are not that simple afterall..
when you blame someone else for the faults you made..
or someone else blames you for the fualts they made..
it just goes around... it's called karma for some..
but i prefer to call it life.

hello! today so fun!!!
haha.. went to amore fitness..
attended an aerobics class!
so fun leh..
step and step and step and step..
i wonder how those older "aunties" can take it..
they super fit leh! hahaa
even i was left exhausted..
i think i was the youngest there.. lol..
they all look like 20+ or 30+... hahaha..

then went to work out at the gym in amore fitness..
the gym veh cool.. just one thing short..
the "xie ban" sit-ups.. haha..
quite disappointed that they dont have the board and equipment for that..
no bench press too.. =(
oh wells.. i was having fun on the treadmil.. haha
run and run and run and run..
lol..

then after that went for yoga class!
wah seh.. i almost break my bones and tear my muscles man..
lol.. okay lar i exaggerating..
BUT REALLY VERY TOUGH LEH.. hahaa..
after the aerobics and the workout in the gym.. crazy lor..
i dont know what i'm thinking..haha..
like normal training not enough..
oh wells at least i had LOTSA FUN...
AND NOW I KNOW HOW TO RELAX AND BUILD NICE LONG MUSCLES.. =)
let me tell you.. THE NICEST PART OF THE YOGA CLASS IS WHEN YOU LIE DOWN AND DO COMPLETE RELAXATION.. hahaa..
sounds really nice huh.. air-conditioned.. lights dimmed and soft music..
relax all your muscles TOTALLY..
no wonder people like yoga..
hahaha...

okayy i'm going off..
wonder if i should go to hougang tomorrow.. hmm..
maybe i'll go..
heh.. since yy's alone..
but i have another class which combines kick-boxing, aerobics and yoga!
haha.. aiyar dont know..

hello.. watched death note today! yayness.. light is SO CUTE... haha... really... but quite evil too.. =( anyways... i just dyed my hair with the left over colouring gel from my cousin.. hahaha.. he's dead serious on dying his hair.. then bought colour for him today. then i use also! yayness.. hahaha..meanwhile.. i'm waiting to wash my hair.. hahahaha.. hope the colour comes out well.. okayy tomorrow going amore fitness de gym to workout.. hahaha.. DETERMINED TO GET SLIM AND FIT.. lol..

okayy i go bathe and wash the gel away le.. byebye~ oh man.. it's super late...
