Your doctor didn't tell his nurses to discharge the patient and you didn't make a sound after 4 hours so WHO THE HELL KNOWS patient was supposed to discharge?!

You don't even know what the hell I do in this hospital and you dare to throw a tantrum with me?! 

There was a reason why I blatantly didn't care about your whining and didn't tell the nurse to hurry up and instead starting chatting with her and even treated her to candies in front of you... Cos I know how well she treats her patients in her ward and I will not accept this type of behaviour towards someone who willingly comes to work to SERVE people like you.
