what do i do when i'm stressed!

1: scream into my pillow
i often end up getting saliva on it so. yep. you can stay away from it
okiee i used to have this reallly cute red hello kitty pillow
and that'll be my favourite one to scream into
but. it kinda got really dirty
and my dad couldn't stand it
so he threw it away
=C
i'm still missing it right now

2: eat ice cream
trust me.
nothing works better than ice cream
at least for me =P
it's the best thing i can ever get!

i scream for ice cream!
haha.. okiee so let's list down my favourite flavours!
(this list is so not going to end)
bnj new york super fudge chunk(with a cookie cookie sundae), haagan dazs belgium choco and vanilla, swirl cheese, venezia yoggi, swenson's sticky chewy choco, mochi yam, crunchies, vinetta double choco, .... (do i really have to complete this??)

3: sing OUT LOUD.
hahahahaha
yay at least i have someone complimenting my voice
okayy so when i get serious, i think i can sing well enough to not shatter eardrums!
but... you dont wanna hear me when i'm trying to make weird noises =P

4: sleep
sleeping's always the great escape
but guess what?
when you wake up..
the stress gets even worse.
so... nah..
i dont do this very often

5: yoga
hmm.. i know.. weird.
but sometimes i do go into my basic yoga positions.
trust me..
those who havent tried yoga before,
it works!
to those who are suaning it right now
hahaha.. you can try it
bet you cant hold at any position for more than a minute.
boring? no.
for those who are hyperactive....
it's even worse.
but.. it's always worth a try =D
and sabby! stop niaoing me.
I CAN STAY AT HIGH ANCHOR TREE FOR 10 MINUTES.
BEAT THAT.
